STORY

Premier Property Management Investment LLC

Taking care of investors’ valued assets is a sensitive job that requires expertise and attention to detail. Not only do you have to manage the needs and expectations of owners, but you have to maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure they’re satisfied and keep occupancy levels high. Premier Property Management excels in both areas, but its marketing efforts weren’t properly representing them across the digital space. The Urban Ignite team was brought on to provide a full-scale web revamp, but we have helped the PPM team reinvigorate their entire marketing approach over time. With a wholly rebranded identity and a consistent SEO strategy, they’ve been able to stand out amongst their competitors.

CHAPTER 1

Problem

The Premier team is modestly sized and had to internally allocate resources towards providing their clients with an excellent level of service. Their aesthetic was outdated, with a logo that didn’t properly communicate their identity as a provider of premier property management services. Their presence on social media was minimal, and overall, they lacked original content, affecting marketing efforts on several fronts.

Solution

Our design team worked meticulously to reimagine the Premier Property Management aesthetic from the ground up. With a new logo and new logo and creative direction, we were able to deliver a unique, virtually-striking website. In addition, this creative reimagining allowed us to bring a unified vision to their social media and content as a whole.

CHAPTER 2 : REBRAND

Branding

Our design team wanted to craft a logo and new identity that moved away from some of the industry cliches used by competitors. So when we went to the drawing board, we embraced a more abstract direction that communicated professionalism, elegance, and sophistication. The subtle image of doors blended with the company initials is visually engaging and distinctive. The color scheme was also a competitive contrast, bringing in earth tones pitched against huge bursts of vibrant color.

CHAPTER 3 : PRINT

Print Collateral

As a property management company, the PPM team wanted items they could use for physical promotion when necessary, including fliers, team merchandise, and yard signs. While our team is primarily focused on marketing within the digital space, our talented design team has the capability and expertise to produce excellent physical marketing materials that can be used in various promotional contexts. Our team extrapolated and complimented existing designs by creating eye-catching fliers and signs that ideally introduce what Premier offers as a property management firm.

CHAPTER 4 : WEBSITE

On-Going Website Development

Premier’s previous web aesthetic was in line with industry standards but had little to help it stand out. Additionally, while there was a good amount of written content, much of it failed to capitalize accurately on SEO efforts in the local area. When we returned to the drawing board, we wanted to embrace the visual appeal of Baltimore as a city while reemphasizing Premier as a high-class service provider. We adopted an angle elegance and beauty, matching muted colors with vibrant pops of color. This reimagining is immediately striking and unique, particularly in the property management industry, where aesthetics are much more straightforward.

Our SEO efforts have included fleshing out services and giving more significant insights into Premier’s role as a property management provider while expanding its suite of written content with targeted landing pages. In addition, our blog writers have helped create new insights into the property management industry, speaking the language of investors and targeting specific searches that generate traffic.

Big pull quote here. This could be a review from our client or a testimonial from the clients client that would reflect somehow the good work we are doing.

Creating a genuine identity is essential for every business. Premier Property Management provided expert services in their industry, but their marketing efforts failed to match. Our team helped elevate their branding and utilized that direction to improve their marketing strategy across multiple fronts. Their professional online presence allows them to distinguish themselves from the competition in their property management space.

Jordan

Jordan Fuller is the Founder and Creative Director of Urban Ignite. He works with clients and the team to help drive the creative vision of each project.

Content creation has always been at the core of Jordan’s identity, starting with home movie production at the age of 6 and video editing at 14 for his YouTube channel. He took an optimistic approach, teaching himself web design in case the YouTube channel found success. While that project never achieved virality, it gave Jordan the tools to lay the foundation on which Urban Ignite would be built.

Urban Ignite began with clients in the construction and home remodeling industry and grew as a trusted digital marketing firm despite its small team. In the early days, Jordan saw the adverse effects overworking can have on a team’s creative output. As such, the workplace model was readjusted to focus on efficiency and work-life balance. This model includes industry-competitive pay while maintaining a 30-hour work week.

Jordan is a creative repository for clients, helping them dream bigger regarding content and marketing strategies.

In his free time, Jordan enjoys a good concert, nature walks, video games, meditation, or exploring local events across Baltimore. He also loves collaborating with others to make art, whether it’s at work or for personal projects. In addition, he hosts local “house shows,” which have showcased local musicians at the Urban Ignite office space for eight years.
